Hydroid Inc. landed a 26.2 million contract for engineering services, repair and training support for the US Navy’s MK 18 unmanned underwater vehicle family of systems.
The REMUS range of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles – AUV are free-swimming autonomus underwater vehicles characterized by modularity, reliability and possibility for custom design.
The work will be performed in Pocasset, Mass., and is expected to be completed by September 2018.
